Ultra-flat, print-grade aluminium composite panel — the modern replacement for solid aluminium, PVC foam and acrylic in signs, displays and digital printing.
The signage panel is a composite of a thermoplastic compound core sandwiched between two pre-painted aluminium sheets. Bonding of the skins and the core is achieved by both chemical and mechanical action, giving the panel extraordinary bond integrity.
The super polyester / PVDF lacquer guarantees ideal printing properties for screen as well as digital printing, while the black PE core with UV blocker increases UV resistance compared with bright core materials.
At equal rigidity, a 3 mm panel weighs 2× less than 10 mm PVC foam and 1.7× less than 2.4 mm solid aluminium.
